چکیده

In a typical ultra-deep high-temperature and high-pressure heterogeneous reservoir in Xinjiang, gas channeling quickly occurs during injection because of the heterogeneity reservoir, low viscosity injection, high gas-oil fluidity ratio. The identification prediction methods development were studied. First, discrimination parameters determined by numerical simulation method. According to ratio oil produced composition produced, flow stages formation fluid divided into five regions: phase zone, two-phase miscible dissolved original zone. basis for (namely, field characterization discrimination) was discovered through analysis knowledge operability monitoring data as following two parameters: (1) C1 content rising again on previous platform when trailing edge zone is (2) continuous rise production. Then, considering characteristics under different pressures exploitation process ratio) simulated determined. Thus, method established reservoirs. this approach, developed, judgment carried out effective D1 well. results tracer detection compared verify accuracy method, leading strong support slowing down channeling.

Productivity Analysis Method of Abnormal High-Pressure Gas Reservoir in Ying-Qiong Basin

Ying-Qiong Basin in the west of South China Sea contains plenty of abnormal high-pressure gas reservoirs, whose stress sensitivity is crucial for well productivity. To explore the influence of stress sensitivity on production, the variable outlet back pressure stress sensitivity experiments were applied to test core sample permeability under different burden pressure and obtain the relational e...

Disruption mitigation with high-pressure noble gas injection

High-pressure gas jets of neon and argon are used to mitigate the three principal damaging effects of tokamak disruptions: thermal loading of the divertor surfaces, vessel stress from poloidal halo currents and the buildup and loss of relativistic electrons to the wall. The gas jet penetrates as a neutral species through to the central plasma at its sonic velocity. The injected gas atoms increa...

Innovations in high-pressure liquid injection technique for gas chromatography: pressurized liquid injection system.

In gas chromatography (GC), highly volatile liquefied hydrocarbons are commonly injected using devices such as high-pressure syringes, piston valves, liquid rotary sampling valves, or vaporizing regulators. Although these techniques are adequate in some cases, there are known deficiencies. A new generation of sampling valve has been recently innovated and commercialized. Some of the highlights ...

An Effective EOS Based Modeling Procedure for Minimum Miscibility Pressure in Miscible Gas Injection

The measurement of the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) is one of the most important steps in the project design of miscible gas injection for which several experimental and modeling methods have been proposed. On the other hand, the standard procedure for compositional studies of miscible gas injection process is the regression of EOS to the conventional PVT tests. Moreover, this procedure d...
